Return Policy
Every effort is made to fill your order accurately and in a timely manner. In the event that a problem with your order prompts a return of the item(s), please be advised of our following policies:Internet sales: Kephart’s requests that you contact us within 14 days of your purchase. You may contact us via email to sales@kepharts.com, or by phone at 800-369-9633. Once the return is authorized an RA # (Return Authorization #) will be given to you. This number must accompany the return to assure proper credit to your account. Returns will not be accepted without this RA#. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to your return.
For your protection Kephart’s Music will not accept the return of any items that cannot be thoroughly sanitized. This includes, but is not limited to the following items:
- Open boxes of reeds
- Oboe, bassoon or double reeds of any kind
- Harmonicas
- Kazoos
- Pitchpipes
Print Music: All music must be in re-saleable condition for us to accept the return. Multiple copy choral music, foreign publications and other special orders will not be returnable.
