This guitar was purchased new by a customer who, after owning it for 4 weeks, found himself in financial difficulty, and unfortunately had to sell it. It really is in "like new" condition. The 214E comes with a fresh set of Elixir strings, and the excellent Taylor "hardshell" gig bag. The original owner never did send in the warranty card. It's still in the case.
